Review: Fisher-Price Rock, Roll n Ride Trike XL

Author: Administrator
The Fisher Price Rock, Roll n Ride Trike XL is a fantastic little toy from Fisher Price that deals with the problem many parents encounter when buying toy bikes and trikes for their children. Children quickly outgrow their first bikes and trikes, and parents have to shell out for an upgrade every 18 months. Not so with Fisher Prices Rock, Roll n Ride Trike. The Rock, Roll n Ride Trike has three different fun ways for your child to ride. When your child is very young, the Rock, Roll n Ride is a rocking trike. Fixed to a base unit, children can rock back and forth while getting used to the feel of sitting on the trike. As they get a little older, the base unit becomes a read handle so parents can push and guide their child along during walks and outings. Finally, as the child becomes more capable, the handle removes and pedals are implemented so children can cycle along of their own accord.Features Of The Fisher-Price Rock, Roll n Ride Trike XL* Suitable for 18 months up to 5 years,* Trike fixes to base unit for rocking ride style,* Base unit becomes rear handle for rolling ride style,* Base unit removes and pedals fold out for full on trike riding,* Perfect for training children how to ride a trike,* Lightweight sturdy design. Is The Fisher-Price Rock, Roll n Ride Trike XL Worth Buying? The main benefit of the Fisher-Price Rock, Roll n Ride Trike XL is its multi-functionality and lifespan. The Rock, Roll n Ride Trike means parents are effectively getting three separate toys for the price of one. There are very few toys you can buy your 18 month old child that they will still cherish as one of their favorites when they are 5 years old. As well as being a good choice for parents, the Rock, Roll n Ride Trike XL is also a great way of giving children a sense of achievement and accomplishment. As they become older, the trike evolves with them, and provides a gradual learning curve for them to follow. Unfortunately, where Fisher-Price have excelled with their design and functionality, they have overlooked some issues. The wheels are tough plastic to provide durability and a longer lifespan, but they do not provide traction on all surfaces. A thin layer of rubber on the wheels would really make the Rock, Roll n Ride Trike stand out. When you are teaching your child how to ride his trike, it can be frustrating when they are doing the right actions but the trike simply isnt getting any traction.Overall, the Fisher-Price Rock, Roll n Ride Trike XL is a quirky idea that many parents will find ideal for their child. However, while it does perform admirably for the Rock & Roll aspects, it can be found wanting when it comes to the ride stage. It is safe, fun, and good value, but if you are looking for high quality then you may be best off looking elsewhere.
